What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I use promo codes?

Yes, promo codes can be applied during checkout in your shopping cart. Just enter your code in the Order Summary section.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us 0912 346 6789 or unlimitedpage@gmail.com with photos of the item to initiate a return or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is a flat rate of ₱30 for orders below ₱200. We offer FREE shipping for all orders ₱200 and above!

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within Metro Manila, and 5-7 business days for provincial areas.

Requesting Books

What if the book I need isn't in your catalog?

You can use our "Request a Book" page! Just provide the Book Title or ISBN, Author, and Reason for Request, and we will try our best to source the educational materials for you. We will notify you via email as soon as the book becomes available.

How long does it take to source a requested book?

Sourcing times vary depending on the rarity of the book and supplier availability. Typically, it takes 1-3 weeks. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your request.

Selling Your Books

How does the 'Sell Your Book' process work?

Simply fill out our Book Appraisal Form with the book's title, condition, and upload photos of the front, back, and spine. We will review your submission and email you a fair market quote within 24-48 hours. If you accept, you can print a prepaid label, pack your books, and ship them to us for free!

How and when do I get paid for my books?

Once we receive and physically verify the condition of your books, payment will be disbursed via GCash or Maya within 2-3 business days.

What happens if my book's condition doesn't match my appraisal form?

If the physical book differs significantly from your initial description or photos, we will email you a revised quote. You can choose to accept the new quote, or have the book returned to you at your expense.

How do I update my profile details or password?

You can update your personal information, manage saved addresses, and manage saved payment methods by logging into your account and navigating to your User Settings section.
